1Ciabatta bun (cut in two)
3ozSmoked salmon
4ozcream cheese
2tbspmayonaise
2clovesgarlic, minced
2tbspdill, fresh finely chopped
1.5tbspcapers, drained
1/4cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4smallred onion, thinly sliced
2tbspdill sprigs for garnish
Instructions
Gather ingredients. Toast the ciabatta bun to your liking.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, and chopped dill.
